In the event a parcel is lost in transit, we will work directly with Australia Post to seek a resolution. If Australia Post confirms the parcel cannot be recovered, we will process a replacement order for you.
Warehouse Pick Up
Our warehouse is located in Boonooroo, QLD 4650.
For all warehouse pickups, please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or receipt to ensure a smooth pickup process.
If you’re collecting bulky or heavy items, please arrange appropriate transport in advance.
Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
This unique tracking code allows you to track your package online with the courier.
Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for your tracking email to arrive.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within this timeframe, please check your email’s Junk or Spam folder, as it may have been filtered automatically.
