Having Trouble at Checkout?
If you receive a message such as “Please select a different address” or “Cannot be delivered to this address”, standard shipping options may not be available for your location or the products selected.

Order Processing and Dispatch
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
The Caravan Shop dispatches orders Monday to Thursday and generally does not dispatch orders on Fridays.
During busy periods or where unforeseen circumstances arise, processing times may occasionally take longer.
Pre-Order and Special-Order Items
Pre-order and special-order products have different processing timeframes.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow approximately 10–14 business days for pre-order items to be processed.
Pre-order timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier availability, supplier processing and freight timeframes.
Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Where we become aware of a significant delivery delay, we will do our best to assist with tracking or investigating your delivery.
Express Post
Express Post is a faster shipping service but does not guarantee next-business-day delivery from our dispatch location.
Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and will vary depending on the destination postcode and Australia Post network timeframes.
Once an Express Post order has been dispatched, the delivery timeframe is subject to Australia Post's delivery network and service conditions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
Tracking information may take some time to update after your parcel has been collected or lodged with the carrier.
Please check your Junk or Spam folder if you cannot locate your shipping or tracking email.

Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please carefully check that your delivery address, postcode and contact details are complete and correct before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
The Caravan Shop is not responsible for delays, additional carrier charges or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Where a parcel is returned to The Caravan Shop due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
Once Your Order Has Been Dispatched
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post or the selected carrier, the delivery of your parcel is managed by the carrier and is subject to their delivery network, timeframes and service conditions.
The Caravan Shop does not control carrier delivery routes, processing times or network delays.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with tracking the parcel and, where appropriate, lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
If a parcel is suspected to be lost or is damaged in transit, The Caravan Shop will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the matter and, where necessary, lodge a claim.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, The Caravan Shop will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Local Pickup by Appointment
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement and is subject to item availability.
The Caravan Shop is an online store and does not operate a retail shopfront. Please do not arrive for collection without a confirmed pickup arrangement.
All pickups must be arranged with us before collection.
Items must be prepaid with cleared funds before pickup, or cash payment may be arranged for collection.
Customers collecting bulky or heavy items are responsible for arranging suitable transport.
Pickup can be a great option for larger products, such as windows, blinds or other bulky caravan parts, where customers would prefer to avoid freight costs.
Please contact us to discuss pickup availability and arrange a suitable collection time.
