Returns & Refunds Policy
Please choose carefully: The Caravan Shop does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Returns
In order to make a return the following points must be met.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Item/s must be in original and unused condition.
- All packaging must still be in original condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take several working days to show in your account.
- We will notify you when the refund has been made so that you can track funds.
- Any postage charges incurred in the original transaction will not be refunded, unless we have incorrectly supplied an item.
Store Credit Option
In some cases, we may offer store credit minus a 20% restocking fee. This credit can be applied toward the item you wish to exchange for.

Once approved, you must send the item back within 7 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item:

We will assess whether damage occurred during shipping or otherwise.

All returns must be approved before sending back.

If approved, we will provide a return label to start the process.

Faulty/Warranty Items
- Warranty claims are usually handled directly with the manufacturer. Contact us if you need assistance.

Important Notes

We/The Caravan Shop are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured postage for returns.
In-Person Returns
You may return items in person by appointment. Please bring proof of purchase to process credit or exchange.
Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping and recommend purchasing insurance with all shipments.
