Please choose carefully: The Caravan Shop does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Store Credit Option
In some cases, we may offer store credit minus a 20% restocking fee. This credit can be applied toward the item you wish to exchange for.

You will be responsible for all postage costs.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you must send the item back within 7 days.

Returns MUST be approved via email before sending.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item:

We will assess whether damage occurred during shipping or otherwise.

All returns must be approved before sending back.

If approved, we will provide a return label to start the process.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured postage for returns.

Faulty items must be returned clean and dry, free from mud or dirt, to comply with health and safety regulations. Items failing to meet this will be returned to you without processing.

Manufacturer/supplier may require inspection of the item before repair or replacement. We will inform you if this is the case.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
In-Person Returns
You may return items in person by appointment. Please bring proof of purchase to process credit or exchange.
