Most orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Larger items that exceed Australia Posts limits are sent via road transport and require shipping quote first.
Some items are set to pickup only due viability of shipping costs.

We currently ship Australia wide and to New Zealand.
The Standard Delivery rates starts at flat $11.22
Express Post Delivery rates start at $14.81
Courier -Some items will have optional courier rates for selection whilst some items will require you to request a shipping quote.
If the calculated shipping doesn’t like right please reach out via the online chat and we will check it for you.
If you see a message saying that you need to 'select a different address' or 'cannot be delivered to this address', please request a shipping quote HERE.
Pickup is available via appointment. - You can arrange with us to collect directly from us. All items must be prepaid (cleared funds) prior to collection or cash payment upon pickup.
If you are wanting to purchase a bulky item and wanting to collect to save on shipping costs, you can contact us to arrange this. For example, we have customers wanting to buy ranger blinds but the freight is very expensive to their location so they will collect them on their travels, either south or north, and save on shipping. Contact us regarding this.

DELIVERY
Your order will be left at your front door, if the delivery driver approves it to be safe from walking traffic. If the package is not safe to leave at your front door, It will be delivered to your local AusPost office. (Note- AusPost do provide us with an image of the parcel at your front door, for proof of delivery.)
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, The Caravan Shop will not be liable for reimbursement for this package.
Note: We are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages or packages delayed in transit.
WAREHOUSE PICK UP
We are located in Boonooroo, QLD 4650. For all warehouse pick ups, please contact us to arrange pickup.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package which can be tracked online.
- Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number Via email.

"Our product is not perfect and will not be 100% effective in all cases across the country. The overwhelming feedback on Nature’s Botanical is positive and the reviews that that you see within this website are authentic. It is an option for you to try if you do not want to continue using DEET or Picaridin repellents.
- Extensive field studies have shown the product can repel flies, midges/sandflies & mosquitoes for up to 4 hours when applied to lower limbs.
- Protection time & effectiveness varies between people like any product depending on: How much is applied, the area of protection (limbs are less attractive to flies than the face), skin chemistry and level of sweating & how aggressive the bugs are (difference between aggressive tropical mosquitoes & non-tropical mosquitoes. A few flies and hundreds of flies).
- The product should significantly reduce landings from a few to none at all. They may hover, some may land but they generally tap out quickly so that the person does not have to keep using their hands to chase the flies off.
- For biting insects ensure the product is applied to all exposed areas, applying it like you would a sunscreen (note it does not offer SPF protection). In this case you should find the product is very effective in eliminating bites.
- Both the lotion and the cream are as effective but in some cases the cream may be better. It tends to get applied more thickly therefore lasting longer. It is also slightly water proof due to it being in an olive oil base so many say it does not run into their eyes if they are perspiring a lot. When the sun is intense ensure you use a sunscreen before applying the cream.
