About this Policy
The Caravan Shop wants customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We encourage all customers to read this Policy prior to making a purchase from The Caravan Shop.
We also recommend that you immediately inspect any goods that you have purchased upon delivery or collection, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and the description we have provided for you.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
The Caravan Shop do not accept returns due to change of mind but are happy to consider individual cases. If a return is granted, they must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. This however does not apply to pre-ordered items. Pre-ordered items are non-refundable due to change of mind.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Cobbam Pty Ltd T/As The Caravan Shop) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
3.2 Sale and clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
3.3 PCBs and Electronic Equipment are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
3.4 Incorrect Part Ordered or Customer Selection Error
Many caravan and RV parts are model-specific and may appear similar but are not interchangeable.
Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, measurements, model numbers, part numbers and compatibility information before placing an order.
Where a customer selects and orders an incorrect part, size, model or product without The Caravan Shop expressly confirming its suitability for the customer's specific application, this will generally be treated as a change-of-mind return.
Any return accepted due to incorrect customer selection will be at the discretion of The Caravan Shop and will be subject to our Change-of-Mind Returns Policy.
Items that have been installed, connected, wired, modified, damaged or used may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
Where you are unsure which part is suitable, we encourage you to contact The Caravan Shop before placing your order. Please provide as much information as possible, including the appliance or product brand, full model number, part number and, where requested, photographs.
Where The Caravan Shop has expressly confirmed that a product is suitable for a specific purpose or application based on information provided by the customer, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law will continue to apply.
This Policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
3.5 Warranty Returns
Remedies
The remedy available will depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem and will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major problem, the customer may be entitled to choose between a refund or replacement.
Where a product has a minor problem, The Caravan Shop may choose to repair or otherwise remedy the problem within a reasonable time.
If a minor problem cannot be remedied, or is not remedied within a reasonable time, the customer may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be provided using the original payment method unless the customer agrees to receive store credit.
Replacement items are subject to stock availability.
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
