The delivery time-frames below are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed over the standard delivery estimates at times, due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred due to failure of the order (or any part of it) to be delivered promptly or at all.

Standard Mail Service:

  • Major Cities & Metro Areas: 4-7 business days
  • WA Country & NT: 8-10+ business days

Within Queensland:

  • Metro Areas: 1-3 business days
  • Country: 3-5 business days

Outside Queensland:

  • Metro Areas: 3-7 business days
  • Country: 7-10 business days

Express Postage:

  • Within the Express Post Network: Next business day
  • Outside the Express Post Network: 1–3 business days

**Please note that we ship from a non-metropolitan area, and delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post policies and conditions. While we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we do not guarantee next business day delivery.

Freight

We use established carriers for all freight movements. We have zero control over their actual performance. If a parcel does get damaged or lost we will do our best to rectify the situation. However if you wish us to take responsibility for the goods once they leave us and or delivery to you, you will need to request us to insure your item at an additional cost.

Damage to Goods during Transit

To safeguard your purchases, we provide transit insurance for all our products at a nominal fee. If you decline this option, please note that any damage incurred during transportation will be your responsibility.
