Campbelltown NSW, May 2025. This Elbow (3/8 BSP FLH x female POL Elbow Companion Cyl x POL) is exactly what I needed to connect my old 5kg BBQ gas bottle to the house supply. I do this when my 65kg bottle runs out and I have to wait for the next delivery. As far as I could tell from photos in other adverts, this is the only one with a soldered connection instead of a screwed connection where the two havles meet. One less potential leak point.

Purchased as a brand new item in a damaged box, turned out not to be the case as the item was a used/ returned item with parts and user guide missing, pretty disappointed and feel misled

I can assure you that it was definitely a brand new item and it was indeed just the box that was damaged from being in stock for so long. This item usually retails for $212 and was sold to you for just $95 only because of the box being 'tatty'. There were no parts missing that I was honestly aware of and can honestly say that that is not how we conduct our business. Could you please advise me of what parts are missing?
