In the event a parcel is lost in transit, we will work directly with Australia Post to seek a resolution. If Australia Post confirms the parcel cannot be recovered, we will process a replacement order for you.

Our warehouse is located in Boonooroo, QLD 4650.

For all warehouse pickups, you MUST contact us in advance to arrange a convenient pickup time.
