Most orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Larger items that exceed Australia Posts limits are sent via road transport and require shipping quote first.
Some items are set to pickup only due viability of shipping costs.

We currently ship Australia wide. We also ship to New Zealand with the exception of some items due to sizing or restrictions.
We use Carrier Calculated shipping rates. Carriers mainly used are Australia Post, Startrack Road Express and Aramex.
Courier -Some items will have optional courier rates for selection whilst some items will require you to request a shipping quote.

If the calculated shipping doesn’t look right please contact us and we will check it for you.
If you see a message saying that you need to 'select a different address' or 'cannot be delivered to this address', please request a shipping quote.
Pickup is available via appointment. - You can arrange with us to collect directly from us but must be arrange prior to collection. All items must be prepaid (cleared funds) prior to collection or cash payment upon pickup.
If you are wanting to purchase a bulky item and wanting to collect to save on shipping costs, you can contact us to arrange this. For example, we have customers wanting to buy ranger blinds but the freight is very expensive to their location so they will collect them on their travels, either south or north, and save on shipping. Contact us regarding this.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time :
Physical goods purchased through the Sites will normally be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of your purchase.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the products you purchased, Any delivery times displayed on the Site are estimates only, based on information available to us at the time.
Goods purchased by you will be delivered to the place of delivery you specify when making the purchase on the Sites.
Title to and risk in the goods purchased by you will pass to you upon delivery of those goods to your requested place for delivery.
Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, The Caravan Shop will not be liable for reimbursement for this package.
If a parcel is lost in transit we will take this up with Australia Post for a resolution. If the parcel is not recovered a replacement will be processed upon Australia Post's confirmation.
WAREHOUSE PICK UP
We are located in Boonooroo, QLD 4650. For all warehouse pick ups, please contact us to arrange pickup.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package which can be tracked online.
- Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number Via email.

The ePOWER 2600W Inverter with AC Transfer & Safety Switch is one in a family of affordable, high quality, professional level inverters by Enerdrive. By using the latest power conversion technology, ePOWER inverters deliver clean and energy efficient true sine wave AC power from your DC supply.
This ePOWER Inverter incorporates a 16A AC Transfer Switch which allows for seamless AC power transfer between Mains/Generator and Inverter. This helps to keep your appliances running with almost no break time on AC transfer and allows for a much simpler installation on-board.
Also included in the unit is a RCD Safety Switch. This switch monitors the flow of electricity through the inverter and detects any problems that may pose a risk to personal safety and switches the output power off within 0.03 of a second.

Estimate Run Time On Load
Following run times are estimates for reference, based on using different battery bank sizes. Actual run times may vary.
Important: Power Drain from DC Battery Bank.
Please note that there is a power drain of approx 700mA from the battery bank when the Inverter is running in AC By-Pass mode. In order to avoid draining down the battery bank, a battery charger with sufficient power is required to maintain the battery bank voltage.
