Most orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Larger items that exceed Australia Posts limits are sent via road transport and require shipping quote first.
Some items are set to pickup only due viability of shipping costs.

We currently ship Australia wide and to New Zealand.
The Standard Delivery rates starts at flat $11.22
Express Post Delivery rates start at $14.81
Courier -Some items will have optional courier rates for selection whilst some items will require you to request a shipping quote.
If the calculated shipping doesn’t like right please reach out via the online chat and we will check it for you.
If you see a message saying that you need to 'select a different address' or 'cannot be delivered to this address', please request a shipping quote HERE.
Pickup is available via appointment. - You can arrange with us to collect directly from us. All items must be prepaid (cleared funds) prior to collection or cash payment upon pickup.
If you are wanting to purchase a bulky item and wanting to collect to save on shipping costs, you can contact us to arrange this. For example, we have customers wanting to buy ranger blinds but the freight is very expensive to their location so they will collect them on their travels, either south or north, and save on shipping. Contact us regarding this.

Standard Post: 3-7 business days
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours but usually same or next day.
Please note that delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.

DELIVERY
Your order will be left at your front door, if the delivery driver approves it to be safe from walking traffic. If the package is not safe to leave at your front door, It will be delivered to your local AusPost office. (Note- AusPost do provide us with an image of the parcel at your front door, for proof of delivery.)
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, The Caravan Shop will not be liable for reimbursement for this package.
Note: We are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages or packages delayed in transit.
WAREHOUSE PICK UP
We are located in Boonooroo, QLD 4650. For all warehouse pick ups, please contact us to arrange pickup.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package which can be tracked online.
- Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number Via email.
- If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder Via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.

The new look Dometic LED Midi Heki transforms the classic caravan skylight into the complete lighting solution. Fill your RV with natural light and fresh air during the day, and light up the night with adjustable inbuilt LED's.
Designed for complete comfort control the LED Midi Heki roof hatch features a double glazed acrylic dome, with a simple push bar operation and multiple opening position in a 45 degree range. On those not so bright days the signature bad weather setting continues to provides ventilation while preventing rain entry.
The modernized internal frame incorporates a block-out blind, insect screen and adjustable LED lighting. Bright white LED's provide ample lighting for RV living and the blue night light setting is great for after hours navigation.
