This product is a pre-order item and is ordered from our supplier specifically to fulfil customer orders.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct product, size, model and part number before placing your order.
Once your pre-order has been processed with our supplier, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind or incorrect customer selection.
If a cancellation is approved by The Caravan Shop as an exception, a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Alternatively, at our discretion, this fee may be waived where the full value is issued as store credit.
Nothing in these pre-order terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please carefully compare your existing caravan window rubber with the profile, measurements and product images provided before ordering.
We recommend ensuring the replacement rubber is the same as, or as close as possible to, your original window rubber profile.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
