PRE-ORDER ITEM – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
Pre-order items and are ordered from our supplier specifically to fulfil customer orders.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct product, size, model and part number before placing your order.
Once your pre-order has been processed with our supplier, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind or incorrect customer selection.
If a cancellation is approved by The Caravan Shop as an exception, a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Alternatively, at our discretion, this fee may be waived where the full value is issued as store credit.
Estimated availability and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and may be subject to supplier, freight or other unforeseen delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays that we become aware of.
Nothing in these pre-order terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
