How to Measure Your Ranger & Chengbang Caravan Window or Blind

Caravan windows and blinds are fitment-sensitive — an incorrect measurement means the wrong size. Follow these steps carefully before placing your order.

Standard Windows & Internal Blinds

Step 1 — Identify the external black frame

Locate the outer black aluminium frame that surrounds your window from the outside of the caravan. Do not measure the glass or the inner trim.

Step 2 — Measure outer edge to outer edge

Using a steel tape measure, measure the external black frame from outer edge to outer edge — both the width (horizontal) and the height (vertical).

📐 Tip: Measure twice and record both dimensions in millimetres (mm).

Step 3 — Apply the -30mm deduction

Deduct 30mm from both the width and the height to get your blind/screen size.

External Frame Measurement Deduct Order Size
Width: 930mm − 30mm 900mm
Height: 930mm − 30mm 900mm

Example: External frame measures 930mm × 930mm → Order size is RFW900900 (900 × 900mm).

Step 4 — Find your product code

Our product codes follow the format RFW[Width][Height] (e.g., RFW900900 = 900mm wide × 900mm high). Match your calculated dimensions to the correct variant in the product listing.
